kgd99 Terms and Conditions

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years old to create an account on kgd99.
• You must open an account in your own identity and under your own name — opening or managing an account on behalf of someone else is prohibited.
• Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is considered a violation of the rules and all associated accounts may be closed.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information.

1.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out under your account. If you believe your account details are being used without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.

1.3 Verification (KYC)

kgd99 reserves the right to verify your identity, age and source of funds at any time. If the required documents (national ID card, passport or other government-issued ID) are not submitted on time, withdrawals may be suspended or the account may be temporarily closed.

2.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Deposited funds will only be accepted from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• Funds from third-party payment accounts or unknown sources are not acceptable.

2.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Typical withdrawal processing time: within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals are available for verified accounts only.
• The payment method used for withdrawal must be the same as the method used for deposit.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until bonus wagering requirements have been met.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

• For new players, a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Wagering requirement to use the bonus: 15x (15 times the total of deposit plus bonus).
• The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once using the same account, device, IP address or payment method.
• The bonus must be used within a specified time period; otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.

3.2 VIP Cashback Bonus

kgd99's VIP program has 5 levels, with weekly cashback applicable at each level:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

kgd99 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion.

3.3 Bonus Abuse

If it is proven that a player has abused bonuses (for example: multiple accounts, providing false information, collusion), kgd99 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings from the relevant account and to close the account.

4.1 Fair Play Policy

kgd99 is committed to ensuring fair, transparent and responsible gaming. The games operated on our platform are powered by software provided by verified game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi).

4.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
